Life Care Planning

We develop individualized, evidence-based life care plans with lifetime cost analysis that define current and future medical, therapeutic, and support needs.  Each plan is developed through a multidisciplinary approach that includes collaboration with treating physicians, physiatrists who specialize in rehabilitative care over a lifetime, psychological evaluations and skilled therapy assessments. This integration of clinical expertise ensures accurate, defensible recommendations that support informed decision-making in legal and rehabilitation settings.

Psychological Evaluations

A psychological evaluation assesses an individual’s mental health, emotional status, personality, and behavioral functioning. It is typically used to identify conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or other psychological disorders and to understand how these factors affect daily functioning. These evaluations may include clinical interviews, behavioral observations, and standardized psychological testing. Results help guide diagnosis, treatment planning, and opinions related to emotional distress or psychological impairment.

Neuropsychological Evaluations

A neuropsychological evaluation examines the relationship between brain function and behavior. It is used to assess cognitive abilities such as memory, attention, executive functioning, language, processing speed, and problem-solving—often following a brain injury, stroke, neurological illness, or toxic exposure. This evaluation uses in-depth, standardized testing to determine whether cognitive deficits are present, their severity, and how they impact work, independence, and functional capacity.

Independent Medical Evaluations

An Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) is a thorough, unbiased examination performed by a leading physiatrist to assess an individual’s present and projected medical needs. The evaluation offers expert guidance for attorneys managing personal injury, workers’ compensation, or disability claims.

Skilled In-home, Work, DME Evaluation

A skilled in-home or workplace Durable Medical Equipment evaluation provides a comprehensive assessment of an individual’s physical limitations and functional needs within their home or work environment. It offers detailed recommendations for equipment and accommodations necessary to support a person’s physical needs and daily functioning. It is a critical tool for attorneys in personal injury, workers’ compensation, disability, or medical malpractice matters to support and strengthen their client’s care needs.
